The following dialogue is between the shopkeeper of a cycle repair shop and myself:
Me: Uncle, my cycle has a sudden tyre puncture. Can you please change the tyre fast?
Shopkeeper: I have some important work in my hands now. You keep your bicycle here and take it in the evening.
Me: But uncle I am on my way to school. How will I reach school if I keep the bicycle here?
Shopkeeper: You can walk to school or even take a bus.
Me: There is no bus route as such, and if I start walking now, I shall definitely be late for my school.
Shopkeeper: OK. I shall fix the tyre now. But you have to pay me Rs 10/- extra.
Me: That's OK.
Shopkeeper: Here's your cycle. You can check it.
Me: Thanks. Here's your money.
Shopkeeper: Thank you.

THE CLEVER CROW
One day a crow stole a piece of meat from a butcher's shop. It then flew to a tree and sat on one of its branches to eat it. At that time a fox was passing from under the tree. He noticed the crow with the piece of meat. He became very greedy and wanted to have it. Thus he played a trick. The fox began to praise the crow. He said that the crow was very pretty and bright and had beautiful eyes and tail. Then he purposely said that it was a pity that the crow could not sing at all. At that, the foolish crow was very much flattered. To prove the fox wrong, he kept the meat under its feet and opened its mouth with its usual rough unpleasant cry. The meat at once fell from there and the clever fox took it and left the place quickly.
